Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 0–1 years of experience in a technical, analytical, or customer-facing role (internships or research projects count).

• U.S.-based and eligible to work on federal health projects

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Solutions Managers and Sales in preparing demos, presentations, and technical documentation

• Assist with solution workshops and proposal responses by gathering requirements

• Participate in customer onboarding and platform setup activities

• Configure data ingestion and harmonization pipelines (e.g., OMOP, FHIR, CDISC)

• Shadow customer meetings and deployments to gain experience with federated access

Experience Requirements:

• Experience working within the government or working in a government focused company

• Track record of pursuing excellence at high levels, in any domain

• Experience scoping and shipping features in collaboration with product and engineering teams

Other Requirements:

• Strong engineering foundation

• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or similar

• Experience with enterprise infrastructure (cloud deployments, networking, security)

Responsibilities:

• Operate across strategic accounts, providing technical depth on complex engagements

• Own the technical direction and success of customer accounts and deployments

• Translate customer pain points into product direction

• Be the connective link between Federal GTM team and core product engineering teams

• Build product extensions and integrations using Cognition’s APIs and platform primitives
