Education Requirements:
BA/BS preferred in a technical or engineering field
Experience Requirements:
5-7 years of experience in a data engineering or data analyst role
Experience building and maintaining product analytics pipelines
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and SQL
Experience working with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Solid programming foundations and proficiency in Python, Scala, or R

5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles
Familiarity with AI platforms and application lifecycle management
AI Engineering knowledge (GenAI development, prompt engineering)
Experience supporting product adoption and customer success plans
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts (model deployment, inference)
Other Requirements:
Comfortable reading code/logs to diagnose technical issues
Strong presentation and communication skills
