Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Industrial engineering, Economics, etc.)

Experience Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in the AdTech industry

• Proven experience working on SSPs, DSPs, and ad-servers platforms

• Programmatic ad monetization, CTV experience

Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel

• Excellent attention to detail and a thorough, precise approach

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

• Fluent English, spoken and written

• Familiarity with advanced AI tools and the evolving world of AI agents

Responsibilities:

• Planning and managing programmatic video campaigns on CTV

• Optimizing campaign performance and profitability by analyzing different monetization channels

• Successfully build and maintain close relationships with partners

• Identify and pursue new revenue streams, actively seeking opportunities to expand partnerships

• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to implement monetization features
