Responsibilities:

• Own the full sales cycle from qualification through close for SMB, startup, AI-native, and enterprise customers

• Manage a book of 30-50+ accounts, driving retention, adoption, and expansion

• Qualify inbound leads and run outbound prospecting into target segments

• Execute sales campaigns in collaboration with sales leadership

• Handle deals across API access and weight licensing

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years in creative technology, digital art, or experimental media

• Deep knowledge of the FLUX ecosystem - ComfyUI, common training frameworks

• Deep knowledge of diffusion models and/or flow matching, including finetuning and distillation techniques

• Deep understanding of generative AI and diffusion models

Other Requirements:

• Strong visual portfolio demonstrating creative excellence

• Active presence in the creative AI community (X, Discord, YouTube)

• Working knowledge of Python for scripting and rapid prototyping

• Experience creating content for social media that got real traction

• Experience supporting sales or GTM teams

Responsibilities:

• Create original creative work that pushes FLUX to its limits

• Collaborate with research and product teams to understand core strengths and provide feedback

• Bridge the gap between tech teams and creatives who are the end users

• Produce high-quality creative assets for social media, events, and GTM

• Build interactive experiences, installations, and proof-of-concepts

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years in developer relations, or technical role with public-facing component

• Proven track record of technical content creation (portfolio required)

• Up-to-date engineering skills, ideally demonstrated through open-source projects

• Working knowledge of AI/ML development (agents, RAG, orchestration, API integrations)

• Significant Digital Footprint (popular YouTube channel, X account, or newsletter)

• Experience with Generative Media

• Finetuning / LoRA of FLUX / Diffusion models

Responsibilities:

• Improve BFL’s video presence - tutorials, demos, educational content

• Create and maintain world-class developer documentation

• Write tutorials, cookbooks, and open-source demo repos

• Engage directly with the developer community in-person

• Take community feedback and turn it into actionable product insights

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5+ years as a Software Engineer, Systems Engineer, or RevOps Engineer at a B2B AI or SaaS company

• Programming proficiency: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL

• CRM expertise (Attio, Salesforce, or HubSpot)

• Experience building with iPaaS tools (Workato, Zapier, Tray.io)

• Experience building ETL/ELT workflows and data pipelines

Other Requirements:

• Understanding of Restful APIs, webhooks, and OAuth

• Familiarity with usage-based billing platforms (Stripe, Metronome, etc.)

• Understanding of usage-based pricing and complex contract structures

• Track record of making build-vs-buy decisions

• Attention to detail and ownership mentality

Responsibilities:

• Design and build billing infrastructure for usage-based API pricing and enterprise licenses

• Architect integrations between CRM, billing, contracts, and finance systems

• Build data pipelines and dashboards for real-time visibility

• Automate invoice generation and revenue recognition across jurisdictions

• Debug complex data flows and system integration issues

Experience Requirements:

• Hands-on experience training large-scale diffusion models for image and video data

• Experience fine-tuning diffusion models for specialized applications

• Deep understanding of effectively evaluating image and video generative models

• Strong proficiency in PyTorch, transformer architectures, and deep learning ecosystem

• Solid understanding of distributed training techniques (FSDP, low precision, parallelism)

Other Requirements:

• Experience writing Triton kernels

• Proficiency with profiling and debugging tools like Nsight

• Understanding of performance characteristics of architectural choices at scale

• Published research in generative models

Responsibilities:

• Train large-scale diffusion transformer models for image and video data

• Rigorously ablate design choices via isolation of variables and controlled experiments

• Reason about speed-quality tradeoffs of neural network architectures in production

• Fine-tune diffusion models for specialized applications (upscalers, inpainting)

• Shape research direction by communicating experimental results
