Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience

• Proven leadership across global, distributed teams (USA, EU, APAC)

• Expertise across the full SDLC and development of products targeting on-perm and cloud Kubernetes based environments

• Experience with product development for on-perm delivery to restricted environments

• Solid experience coaching and mentoring teams
