Responsibilities:

• Review, develop, and implement Job Hazard Analysis and work processes

• Collaborate with managers to assess and implement safety procedures

• Ensure all risk assessments are implemented into digital record and training platforms

• Identify hazards and risks associated with manufacturing biopharmaceutical equipment

• Provide daily and weekly updates on projects in scope

Education Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or Data Analytics

Experience Requirements:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• ERP experience a plus

• Interest in manufacturing, supply chain operations, and data-driven improvement

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze item master data within the Syteline ERP system

• Assist in standardizing part numbers and identifying duplicate inventory items

• Support the review and cleanup of purchased parts including pricing and supplier data

• Collaborate with Buyers, Logistics, and Finance to gather accurate information

• Help update item status and recommend inactivation where appropriate
