What payment methods are accepted?

All plans are paid by credit card (VISA, Mastercard) and are quoted in USD.

Can I cancel any time? Are there any penalty fees?

You can cancel your plan at anytime if you are on a quarterly plan. You can keep using your account for time that you have already paid. A cancelled plan will not renew at the next renewal date. Your data will be deleted from our servers immediately so make sure you export your data first. Keep in mind, there are no refunds for charges that have already been put through.

Are annual contracts required to use WISK?

We strongly believe in allowing WISK users the flexibility of having a quarterly subscription. Therefore, annual subscriptions are not required. If at any point you decide that you'd like to switch from a quarterly to an annual subscription, you are able to do so and will receive a discount on your package.

Do you support iOS and Android?

The WISK mobile app is currently only supported on iOS devices. The web dashboard can be accessed on any mobile or computer (Google Chrome is recommended).
