Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of experience in user research, preferably in a technology or sales environment
Responsibilities:
Design and conduct user research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability testing, and field observations.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to identify research questions and develop a comprehensive understanding of our user base.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
Create personas, journey maps, and user flow diagrams to help the team understand user needs.
Communicate research findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and workshops. Contribute to the development of a user-centered culture within the company. Stay abreast of sales industry trends and incorporate best practices in research methodologies
