• It is not critical to be interested in a full time role, however candidates who do want to apply for the Analyst graduate training programme (12 months paid 30,000 GBP) from September 2024 will be prioritised

Responsibilities:

• 3 day training to understand the Rio platform and data management processes;

• Work with a Consultant on a live customer example

• Train in professional services: project management, stakeholder engagement, communication and teamwork

• Tuesday-Thursday office based with Rio AI’s ‘The Consultant Group’ which sits in the Commercial team

• Understanding of sustainability technology and how Rio AI is supporting customers

Responsibilities:

• Daily updates of deals in line with territory to the VP and CCO.

• Support to the VP with their independent management of territory sales operations.

• Work with the VP Sales/ group marketing/CCO to coordinate reporting of pipeline activity.

• Hubspot CRM/Sales/Marketing expertise is critical (1-2 years demonstrable experience).

• Monday onsite office day (London or New York office) only, with rest of the role being remote. You are expected to be in the market with customers. You are expected to be able to demonstrate key features of the Rio platform for both enterprise and financial services customers within four weeks. Quarterly international commercial unit business review attendance. Cold outreach following clear mandate to engage stakeholders at relevant business units, provided by group CCO and methodology to diagnose product / market go or no go for deals. Management of inbound inquiry and demonstration of interpersonal skills with managing the customer need. Account management beyond deal life cycle (pre to post sales), working collaboratively with Rio’s The Consultant Group.
