Navigate to the "Sign Up" section and select the "Job Seeker" option. You'll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, email, password, and upload your resume in PDF form. Once completed, verify your email to activate your account.
What's the difference between a free and premium job seeker account?
A free account allows you to request one referral per week. In contrast, a premium account offers unlimited referral requests, and 100 monthly credits for the AI Resume Review tool.
How can I upgrade to a premium account?
Simply navigate to your account settings or the premium section on our platform. Choose the desired subscription plan, monthly or yearly, and follow the payment instructions. Once processed, you'll immediately enjoy premium benefits.
Can I request referrals for jobs not listed on your board?
Yes, you can! If you come across a job outside of our sourced board, you can manually enter the job URL on the company referral request page and seek a referral for that position.
How do I use the AI Resume Review tool?
Access the tool from your dashboard. You can either use one of your existing resumes or upload a new one. Optionally, add a job description to get more tailored feedback. The tool will then provide an in-depth review of your resume.
What if I use up my 100 AI resume review credits for the month?
Your monthly credits refresh at the beginning of each new billing cycle. However, if you exhaust your credits and wish to utilize the tool further, there may be options to purchase additional credits.
How do I check the status of my referral requests?

Can I edit or cancel a referral request after submitting it?
No you cannot. Please reach out to us at support@refer.me if you need to edit or cancel a request.
What does it mean when a referral request has is in "apply now"?
An "apply now" status implies that no action has been taken on your referral request for a considerable amount of time. We recommend you apply for the job directly or seek another opportunity to increase your chances of placement.
How can I make my profile more appealing to potential referrers?
Ensure your resume is updated, well-formatted, and tailored to the roles you're seeking. Engage actively on the platform, utilize the AI Resume Review tool for feedback, and be clear in your referral requests about why you're a suitable match.
