About
prg.ai is a non-profit initiative with the vision to transform Prague into a European center of artificial intelligence. It achieves this by actively supporting AI talents and companies, strengthening relationships between the academic, research, and application spheres, building Prague's international reputation in the AI field, and informing the public about the benefits and risks of artificial intelligence. As a non-profit, it strives to foster a prosperous innovation environment, thereby contributing significantly to the development of the Czech economy and society. Its core activities include connecting over 40 AI-focused member companies, co-organizing major AI events like the Dny AI festival and AI Awards, coordinating the unique inter-university prg.ai Minor program, and acting as the national partner for the globally recognized 'Elements of AI' online course. prg.ai also actively maps the local AI ecosystem, identifying 157 firms, 55 research groups, and many other entities, and hosts various educational and networking events.
