What is NexxtSupport used for?
NexxtSupport is a platform for building custom AI chatbots, train them with your own data, like training a human for customer support, and easily add it to your website or platforms with which we integrate to automate customer support.You can also set up lead generation in the chatbot to gather leads and export them in your CRM or as CSV through our platform.
How do I train the AI?
You can easily train the AI by yourself through our easy-to-use platform. On the configure page of the chatbot, on the data tab, there are multiple options to train the AI, like uploading files: .DOCX, .PDF, .TXT, providing links to websites, articles, connecting platforms with which we integrate like Notion, Confluence or even adding manual text data.After training the AI, you can test it out in the chatbot's configure page, from the bottom right corner.You can also manage which resources the AI should have access to after training it, having the option to enable or disable them whenever you want.We plan to add more training options in the future. If you have any suggestions, feel free to contact us.
How hard is it to add the chatbot to my website?
It is actually very easy to add the chatbot to your website. You can do it in just a few clicks.You can add it whenever you want, regardless of the step you are in the chatbot's configuration.In the chatbot's configure page, on the embed tab, you will find a code snippet that you can copy and paste into your website's code.That's it! The chatbot will be live on your website.If you need additional help, please reach out to us and we will assist you.
What analytics does NexxtSupport provide?
We provide advanced analytics regarding the number of visitors on your website, the number of conversations, messages, where the visitors and interactions are coming from, what kind of devices they are using, and more. All of this data is available in the chatbot's details page, structured in charts and graphs, over different time periods.
Can I see the conversations handled by the chatbot?
Yes, you can see all the conversations handled by the chatbot in the chatbot's details page. We provide a detailed view of each conversation, including the messages exchanged, the time of the conversation, the visitor's details, and more.
Can it handle queries in my language?
Most likely yes. We handle over 50 languages. If you want to make sure, you can try out our demo chatbot and see if it understands your language.
Why does my chatbot not work?
Your chatbot should generally work.If it doesn't, please make sure you added the domain you are embedding the chatbot on in the chatbot's settings.You can find the chatbot's settings in the chatbot's configure page, on the settings tab, at security.If you still have issues, please reach out to us and we will assist you.
