Yes, it is customizable per service. Customizable parts include button color, eye-catch image, title text, and detailed text.
What are the methods for implementation?
There are two methods: SDK (recommended) and API. While API allows for free customization, SDK implementation is recommended as API may require manual updates for new feature releases.
What kind of problematic posts can matte detect?
As of February 2023, matte offers three types of detectors: "offensive posts," "sexual content," and "custom dictionary." Detectors can be combined based on your service's nature.
Can I try it with actual posts before implementation?
Yes, it's possible. After signing an NDA, you provide data, and we share the detection results from the matte detection model. This may not be possible depending on data content and size.
What is the payment timing for usage fees?
The fee will be based on the number of detections (API calls), and you will be billed the month following the month of use.
