Matte is an AI-powered moderation tool that reduces inappropriate posts on community sites by using AI alerts to approach users who make problematic posts, such as those containing defamation or obscenity, before they are posted. It checks if posts have inappropriate expressions and prompts users to reconsider with a popup. It offers automatic detection of problematic users, staged automatic alerts, and individual approaches based on user characteristics. The tool can detect approximately 80% of problematic posts with a high-precision machine learning model. It can be integrated via SDK or API.

Customization is possible for each service. The customizable areas are: ・Button color ・Eyecatch image ・Title text ・Detailed text
What methods are available for installation?
There are two methods: ・Using SDK (recommended) ・Using API Using the API allows for free customization, but manual updates may be required when new matte features are released, so we recommend installing with the SDK.
What kind of problem posts can matte detect?
Matte offers three types of classifiers: "offensive posts," "sexual content," and "custom dictionary" (as of February 2023). You can also combine classifiers to match the nature of the service you are considering introducing, so please feel free to contact us.
Can I try it with actual posts before introducing it?
Yes, it is possible. After concluding an NDA, we will provide you with data and share the judgment results of the matte judgment model. * Depending on the content and size of the data you provide, we may not be able to respond.
When is the payment timing for the usage fee?
Since the fee depends on the number of judgments (number of API calls), you will be charged the following month of use.
