What are Computing Seconds?
Computing Seconds (CS) measure resource usage for generating videos and images. Different actions consume varying amounts of CS, ensuring billing reflects actual resource use.
How do I track my Computing Seconds usage?
To track CS usage, head to the "Manage account" tab within your account settings, where the "Computing Seconds usage" section displays current monthly usage.
Can I switch subscription plans?
Yes, you can switch plans anytime via Account Settings. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated pricing, while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime via the "Manage account" tab in Account Settings. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are typically granted if requested within 14 days of payment and usage doesn't exceed 20 Computing Minutes. Contact support@ltx.studio.
What is included under 'Personal Use'?
Personal use is for non-commercial content posted on personal social media/websites. It excludes promotional activities, sponsored content, or business-oriented objectives.
What is included under 'Commercial Use'?
Commercial use allows businesses, marketers, and creators to use the platform for content promoting a business, product, or service, including sponsored or compensated work.
