What is the difference between InsightFactory and other tools?
This is the exclusive method through which you can discover trends that were previously unknown to you. InsightFactory identifies trends 2 to 3 months earlier than other platforms. Our focus lies solely on sales metrics. We verify the sales of a keyword in the past 7 days before listing it on the trends database. Consequently, keywords featured in the Trends Database have a high potential to boost your sales.
How do I get a receipt for my purchase?

What happens at the end of long-term plans?
Long-term plans, such as one-year, two-year, and three-month plans, are billed once. Your account will automatically downgrade to the free plan. You won't be charged again.
How do the credits work?
Different tools require credits. Keyword Research, Trend Research, and Tracking Etsy Shops each consume one credit per unique search per day. The AI Description Generator uses 2 credits per unique keyword description generated, and Copy Recommended Tags and Titles use 2 credits per unique tag and title generated per day. The number of credits you receive in each package is specified on the pricing page.
If I copy the recommended tags, does it use 2 credits per tag I copy?
No, it uses 2 credits for your entire search query. So if you click on all the tags resulting from a keyword search, you only consume 2 credits in total.
Where can I find my remaining credits?
You can keep track of your remaining credits from the left menu. Simply click on "My Account" and scroll down. You'll find the section labeled "Remaining Credits" there.
Does InsightFactory have all the features necessary for success on Etsy, or do I need another tool besides InsightFactory?
InsightFactory is the only tool you need for Etsy success; there's no need for additional tools.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
You can easily cancel your monthly plan from the left menu on our platform. Once you've successfully made a payment, navigate to "My Account" and select "My Subscription." From there, you'll find the option to cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Please note that you have until 24 hours before the renewal date to cancel your automatic renewal. Note: If you're paying by PayPal, remember that you'll need to cancel the subscription through your PayPal account as well to ensure the cancellation is processed correctly.

Do I need to pay VAT for this purchase?
If you are based in the EU/UK and are purchasing the package as a business, you will receive an official invoice, and your purchase is VAT-free.
