What is the selection process?
The selection process consists of document screening, 1st and 2nd interviews, lunch with team members, a trial period, and an offer interview. The average duration is one month but is flexible.
What are the clothing and item requirements for the interviews and meetings?
Business attire is not required; a casual interview setting is preferred.
How many annual holidays are there?
The number of annual holidays is primarily weekends and public holidays, but shift work may be necessary depending on the job.
What is the current way of working, such as the remote and flextime systems?
Full-time remote work is possible for all positions. Work is also possible at locations other than offices or homes. There is no core time for flextime, so the working hours per day can be freely chosen as long as the monthly prescribed working hours are met.
Are devices provided?
We provide the necessary devices to maximize performance, such as personal computers and external displays, according to the job responsibilities. For full-time employees, we also offer a personal computer subsidy (The company will cover half the cost of a personal computer for personal use as well as business use).
Can I do a side job?
Part-time employment is permissible with approval. Part-time work is possible as long as it does not interfere with the main job. If you are currently working part-time, you can check if it is possible to continue your part-time job after joining Hello.
