Can Hamic MIELS be used overseas?
Hamic MIELS is compliant with Japanese radio law and is not designed for overseas use. The dedicated Hamic line operates on NTT Docomo's network.
Can the Hamic MIELS battery be replaced?
No, the battery for Hamic MIELS is not replaceable.
My battery is draining fast even though I just started using it.

Can sounds and vibrations be suppressed during school hours?
Yes, parents can set "School Time" via the Google Family Link app to disable notifications and ringtones on the child's device during specified hours.
Can multiple people chat using the Hamic app?
Yes, multiple people can chat in the same talk room using the "Group Talk" feature. However, group calls are not supported.
Can I make calls using earphones with the Hamic app?
No, the Hamic app does not support call switching via earphone operation, so calls cannot be made with earphones at this time.
Can I make calls with Hamic BEAR?
No, you cannot make calls with Hamic BEAR. It only supports sending and receiving voice messages.
Can I replay messages on Hamic BEAR?
Yes, you can replay only the most recently played message by long-pressing Hamic BEAR's head for 2 seconds.
Can I add more users to the location notification service?
Yes, from your Hamic My Page, go to "Location Information Notification Service" and use "Add User" to invite users via their email addresses.
What should I do if Hamic POCKET is lost?
If charged, check its location via the Otta app, Google Family Link, or Google Maps. You can also reset the device remotely via Google Family Link.
