How do I set up/initial configuration for Hamic MIELS?

What happens to the communication fee in the first month when switching from Hamic POCKET to Hamic MIELS?
Monthly communication fees will not overlap. However, purchased additional data remaining from the previous device will not be carried over to the new MIELS plan.
Can Hamic MIELS be used overseas?
Due to specifications compliant with Japanese radio law, it is generally not supported overseas. The Hamic dedicated line uses the Docomo network.
What are the fees for the Hamic MIELS Share Plan (rental fee)?
An initial fee of ¥3,300 (tax incl.) applies separately, and the monthly fee is ¥1,100 (tax incl.). The first month is not charged.
Can the Hamic MIELS battery be replaced?
Unfortunately, battery replacement is not supported under the MIELS specifications. Note that only the Hamic POCKET (L) supports battery replacement.
Can I make calls with Hamic BEAR?
Calls are not possible with Hamic BEAR. It is only designed to support the sending and receiving of voice messages.
Can I use the group chat function with Hamic BEAR?
The "Group Talk Function" is not supported by Hamic BEAR. This feature is available only on the Hamic smartphone devices and app.
How do I handle the return of the device after canceling the Share Plan (Rental)?
