Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media strategy, ideally within technology/AI-driven industries.

• Both agency and in-house experience preferred.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, partnership success, or a similar role with strong focus on troubleshooting and technical problem-solving, preferably B2B or SaaS space.

• Demonstrated ability to drive successful onboarding processes with quick time to value for customers & partners.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate and expand customer and engineering partner relationships, including managing customer interactions/stakeholders, and strategizing technical account growth.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes administration and containerised application deployment.

• Enable partners to get the most out of their forward-deployed components through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
