Experience Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, media strategy, ideally within technology/AI-driven industries.

• Both agency and in-house experience preferred.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience running an editorial calendar and executing high-quality content.

• Strong media relations experience, with established relationships in tech, business, and ideally healthcare press.

• Exceptional writing and editorial skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into compelling narratives.

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in technical customer success, partnership success, or a similar role with strong focus on troubleshooting and technical problem-solving, preferably B2B or SaaS space.

• Demonstrated ability to drive successful onboarding processes with quick time to value for customers & partners.

• Deep understanding of AI and technical concepts and the ability to articulate these concepts to a technical audience, including engineers, developers, and IT teams.

• Strong communication skills with an ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.

Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate and expand customer and engineering partner relationships, including managing customer interactions/stakeholders, and strategizing technical account growth.

• Support the go-to-market (GTM) teams in bolstering technical customer relationships and fostering long-term commitments with realistic expectations and plenty of excitement.

• Collaborate daily with our Product team as well as GTM teams.

• Take full ownership of onboarding our customers, managing the transition, effectively integrate our API platform and ensuring they get the most out of our products.

• Act as primary technical point of contact for customers, proactively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, coordinating with internal teams to diagnose, escalate and resolve complex problems.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Experience Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering.

• Proficiency in Kubernetes administration and containerised application deployment.

• Experience working with event-driven architectures and message brokers (especially Kafka).

• Strong understanding of observability tools like Grafana or Datadog for monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Responsibilities:

• Help partners with Day 1 and Day 2 operations for forward-deployed AI Platform installations, ensuring smooth deployment and ongoing functionality.

• Feedback areas of improvement that will simplify operation at the partner site and enhance the overall performance of our solutions.

• Enable partners to get the most out of their forward-deployed components through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and optimization.

• Serve as the technical bridge between Corti's engineering team and healthcare partners, translating requirements in both directions.

• Monitor and maintain deployed systems, diagnosing and resolving issues proactively before they impact operations.
