What is ChatIQ used for?

With ChatIQ, you will be able to build a support ticketing tool integrated with an AI chatbot, trained on your company data. The AI uses your company data as a knowledge-base, to answer common questions from your customers instantly, in real time, interpreting the conversation and handing the customer off to a support ticketing system if it is unable to reply. Your ChatIQ bot will learn from customer questions over time, building its own memory, and using this to store replies. When it uses a stored reply, it can respond in < 2 seconds.

How does support ticketing work?

ChatIQ support ticketing is directly integrated within your AI chatbot, users can either submit a support ticket instantly, or use the AI chat to get answers to their questions. If, however, the chatbot does not have access to enough data to answer the customers question, it will ask them to submit a support ticket. Support tickets are categorized and prioritized using your company data to decide what tickets are vitally important and highest priority. Within your ChatIQ dashboard you will be able to view, manage and draft email responses to these tickets, using your AI (trained on your company data). You never have to lift a finger again to gather, prioritize or reply to a ticket again.

How do I train the AI?

You have 3 options to choose from when training your AI, you can scrape your entire website, upload PDF files or basic plain text. Depending on the size of your website and the plan you are on, you can scrape up to 250 URL's and this can take anywhere between 2-15 mins to train. Once your AI is trained, both the chatbot AND ticketing solutions will have access to this company data, they will use it as reference when responding live in chat, or when drafting email replies to customer support tickets.

Can I add it to my website?

Yes, the chatbot and ticketing solution are wrapped up in an easily embed-able and customiseable widget. Simple head to the "Launch" tab in your chatbot playground and copy the embed code. To customize the branding and design, head to the chatbot playground, scroll down and upload your logo, chatbot widget and add your brands colors. Any changes you make to your chatbot in the playground (within the ChatIQ dashboard) will be instantly show on your website, no need to re-embed it.
