What is the difference between monthly and yearly regular payments?
Both monthly and yearly plans involve automatic payments on the specified date each month or year. If you don't cancel, the payment will automatically renew.
When are payments processed?
Monthly payments are processed on the day you made your initial payment each month. Yearly payments are processed on the same day each year, starting the year after your initial payment.
Can I change my billing cycle?
You can switch between monthly and yearly plans on the [Subscription Management > Subscription Information](/mypage/subscription) page. Any remaining time on your current plan will be honored.
What payment methods are accepted?
Only card payments are accepted. This applies to both personal and corporate cards. Ensure your card doesn't expire before your payment date.
Can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel anytime on the [Subscription Management > Subscription Information](/mypage/subscription) page. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.
Can I get a refund?
Full refunds are available within 7 days for both monthly and yearly plans, only if you haven't used the service. Partial refunds are possible for yearly plans with more than 2 months remaining.
How many devices can I use?
Bigcase supports up to 4 devices (2 PCs + 2 mobile devices) per account. Each browser counts as a separate device.
