What do you do with my data?
You have complete control over the sharing of your photos, and you can remove your photos or deactivate your account whenever you choose. Your images are utilized to develop a unique digital model that produces these portraits. Your personalized model remains exclusively accessible to you. Training your individual model also enhances the algorithm for all other users of our service. We employ top-tier data security infrastructure, on par with leading global tech firms. We neither gather your name nor retain your credit card details. Your photo is promptly deleted following the creation of your digital model. If you wish to delete your photos or account, please contact us at support@alicecam.ai.
Does alicecam support portraits with glasses?
Yes it does! Glasses can indeed pose challenges in image generation. If you wear glasses and wish to have portraits both with and without them, we recommend that you upload photos in both scenarios - some with glasses and others without. As soon as our system recognizes that you've worn glasses in any of your uploaded photos, you'll receive a prompt. This prompt will allow you to indicate if you'd like to include glasses in all available styles compatible with glasses.
How many photos do I need to upload?
Our suggestion is to provide six close-up photos. The diversity of these photos is crucial, encompassing different facial expressions, locations, backgrounds, and camera angles. For optimal results, high-quality images are preferred. We advise minimal makeup and avoiding filters, as these can be overly amplified in the photos. Please refrain from submitting nude images, though photos in swimwear or underwear are acceptable.
What photo formats do you accept?
We support JPG and PNG but not AVIF or GIF.

What's your refund policy?
You are eligible for a complete refund if you contact us via email within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that only one set of photos have been generated from the first style you have selected. Additionally, refunds are not available if the photos you submit do not adhere to our guidelines. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with our product. Is payment secure?
Yes, we use Stripe for payment, and we do not store any of your credit card information.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you will get an invoice from stripe once you've completed your purchase.
Who owns the pictures?
You own your photos. We only utilize them for training our AI model and do not use them for any other purposes.
Can I use my photos anywhere?
Yes, you can use your photos anywhere you want. We grant you full commercial license and ownership over your photos.
