What is Chatzap?
Chatzap is a super smart AI sales chatbot. It will assess your visitors and convert them into paying customers based on their suitability.
Where is my data stored?
Your data content is stored in AWS, us-east servers.
Can I test out my own chatbot first before embedding it on my website?
Certainly! You can try out your own chatbot from your dashboard.
How can I embed the chatbot on my own website?
You can embed your chatbot simply by pasting a script that will be given to you via the dashboard, after you create your bot. Simply paste it in your website HTML and it will appear.
Will embedding the widget affect my webpage's loading speed?
No, the script provided includes the 'async' keyword, ensuring that the widget loads only after the rest of your page has fully loaded.
Does it support other languages apart from English?
Yes, Chatzap supports 95 languages. It will answer visitors based on the language of their preference.
Can I use my own OpenAI key to power the chatbot?
Not yet, but soon! We will be adding the capability to allow usage of your own OpenAI key for overages.
Is there a free plan?
Yes, you can create 1 chatbot (up to 400k characters) and receive 100 message credits to explore the service!
What are message credits?
Every time a message is sent to the chatbot, whether by a visitor or yourself, it deducts 1 message credit. These credits are pooled across your chatbots and renew monthly.
What is meant by 'characters per chatbot' or character limit?
It refers to the maximum character capacity for each chatbot during training. In the basic plan, the limit is set at 11 million characters per bot, meaning that a single chatbot can be trained on datasets containing up to a total of 11 million characters.
How many websites can my chatbot be embedded on?
They can be embedded on as many sites as you want!
What is the refund policy if I cancel my subscription halfway through the billing cycle?
You will be issued the remaining value in credits. e.g. cancelling halfway through your billing cycle = 50% of the remaining value issued as credits. Lifetime Deal (LTD) has its own separate policy. If you'd like a refund, simply contact us about it.

Your support requests will be highly prioritized and we aim to give you first response within 1 business day. Have a peace of mind that any issues you face will be resolved in the shortest time possible.
