What are your accepted payment methods?
Morgen accepts payment from PayPal, Apple Pay and Cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada). Payments are processed by Paddle.
Do you offer discounts?
Morgen offers 25% discounts to non-profits, students, and those working in education. We also offer 15% discounts to those switching to Morgen from one of our competitors. After starting your free trial, please email connect@morgen.so to request your discount code.
What is your refund policy?
We keep it simple. If you are not satisfied with Morgen or believe you made a mistake in choosing your plan, please email connect@morgen.so. We'll be happy to refund the full amount (not pro-rated) within your first 30 days of signing up to Morgen.
Do I have to use the Morgen app to use Morgen Assist workflows?
You can use Morgen Assist directly with your Google, Outlook, iCloud, and Fastmail calendars without using the Morgen app. The Morgen app gives you an enhanced experience, but it isn't necessary.
Will Morgen work with my organization’s calendars?
Morgen integrates with nearly all calendar providers, including Outlook, Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Fastmail, and many more. Morgen Assist currently integrates with Outlook, Google, iCloud, and Fastmail.
How does Morgen share my data?
Morgen collects only the data we need to run our services. We will never sell your data. We do not share your information with third parties. Data is stored and processed on cloud infrastructures in Switzerland or the European Union.
Can I try Morgen free?
Yes, when you sign-up to Morgen you will automatically begin a two-week free trial (no credit card required). During this time, you will have access to Morgen Pro features to fully test it out.
How do I change my subscription from a monthly to an annual plan?
If Morgen is proving to be a good fit, moving from a monthly plan to an annual plan can help save you as much as 50%. To change your plan visit your billing page. Your annual subscription will be discounted pro-rated.

Does Morgen have a native calendar or do I have to connect an external calendar?
Morgen does not yet have a native calendar at this time. To use Morgen apps, you will need to connect at least one external calendar account.
How many calendars can I connect to Morgen?
You can connect an unlimited number of calendars.
How can I sync events from one calendar to another?
Using Morgen's Calendar propagation workflow, you can sync events from one calendar to another, even between calendar providers. You choose a source and destination, with events from the source syncing to the destination.
How are tasks prioritized and scheduled by the AI Planner?
The AI Planner uses Morgen's Priority Factor to prioritize which tasks to schedule. This considers importance, due date, task duration, your capacity, and task recency.
Will the AI Planner make changes to my calendar without me knowing?
Morgen's AI Planner will never make changes to your calendar without your approval. It provides recommendations, but you will always be prompted to confirm the change and can adjust manually.
Can I time block manually in Morgen?
Morgen makes time blocking simple, including scheduling tasks from integrated sources such as Notion, ClickUp, Todoist. You can easily drag tasks from the panel into your calendar to schedule time.
