Users take a well-lit closeup picture of a lesion with their phone using the app and submit it for AI assessment. The artificial intelligence, developed by computer scientists of Eötvös Loránd University, has learned from decades of real clinical data and physician's cases to identify 12 known skin conditions, including various forms of melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, actinic keratosis, and benign lesions. After assessment, the tool provides actionable tips for staying safe and healthy, recommending users visit a doctor with their assessment.
