How do message credits work?
Each response from the AI chatbot costs a certain number of message credits depending on your chosen model. GPT-4, GPT-4o, GPT-4-Turbo, GPT-4 Mini, Gemini-1.5-Pro, and Gemini-1.5-Flash cost 1 message credit per response. GPT-4-turbo costs 10 message credits per response. GPT-4 and Claude-3-Opus cost 20 message credits per response. You can change the AI model your chatbot uses in the chatbot settings.
When are my message credits renewed?
Your message credits are renewed on the 15th of each month. Any unused credits will not carry over to the next month, so it's important to use them before the renewal date. If you run out of credits before the 15th, you can purchase additional credits or enable auto-recharge for uninterrupted service.
How do auto-recharge message credits work?
Auto-recharge adds 1,000 message credits to your account for $9 whenever your available credits fall below a threshold you set. This feature ensures continuous service without interruptions. Subscription credits renew on the 15th of each month, and any unused credits do not carry over. However, auto-recharge credits do not expire, allowing them to remain available for future use whenever needed.
What is the difference between subscription credits and auto-recharge credits?
