When do my AI message and Live Support conversation credits reset ? 🧐
Credits are reset after every 1 month of your subscription. For instance, if you subscribed on 5th of October with a free plan having a monthly limit of 50 messages and you've used all of them, you can continue sending messages after the 5th of November.
Do unused credits roll over to the next month?
No, credits are reset each month, and unused credits from the previous month do not carry over 🤐 .
What are training characters?
Training characters refer to the number of characters in the data used to train your chatbot, including letters, numbers, and symbols 😀 .
Can we fine-tune AI responses?

We are currently working on more data types in which video , audio and Youtube linking are our top priotity. Utilize these data sources to train and enhance the capabilities of your chatbot.
