Experience Requirements:

• Overall Experience > 5-6 Years experience in Project Management preferably from a consulting organisation

• Should have spent at least 2 years for a SaaS-based organisation conceptualising and deploying the solution

• Understand basics of SQL and relational databases

• Strong tool experience with JSON, Datadog, Postman, API Integrations

Other Requirements:

• Articulate and possesses proficiency in client/stakeholder management

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to deliver under stressful conditions

• Experience in implementation of SaaS products is a must

• Basic or moderate understanding of NLP

Responsibilities:

• Scope out projects and provide effort estimations and timelines in conjunction with sales and customer success managers

• Participate in Discovery calls with customers and cross-functional team

• Partners with CSMs to ensure successful delivery by leading technical project activities, including solution architecture design

• Serves as architect on moderate to complex projects requiring integration with multiple products

• Performs complex configuration, and troubleshooting of Netomi’s solution(s)

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 4-6 years of product management experience

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, driving LLM-powered products from ideation to delivery

• Strong project management skills, ideally with experience in agile development

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for delivering innovation

• Experience with AI, machine learning, or chatbot technologies

• Background in innovation management, with a proven passion for developing and experimenting with new ideas

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

• Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), natural language processing (NLP), and related AI technologies

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, GPT, BERT) and familiarity with applying these technologies in enterprise solutions

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms, with an emphasis on AI-driven product enhancements
