Experience Requirements:
Strong technical background in networking, cloud services (AWS), and cybersecurity
10+ years of combined experience in senior technical roles within large ISPs / NSPs
Proven experience in customer-facing technical roles (Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales)
Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills
Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions
Other Requirements:
Experience with API and Mobile SDK integrations
Ability to collaborate across EMEA and AMER teams
Fluency in English
Stakeholder management capabilities
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements
Design and integrate CUJO AI products into customer environments
Lead technical workshops and architecture discussions
