Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required

Experience Requirements:

• 3–6+ years of HR experience

• Demonstrated experience supporting payroll data preparation and benefits administration

• Experience maintaining HRIS data accuracy

Other Requirements:

• SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred

• Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and I-9 verification

• Prepare and validate payroll data within the HRIS

• Coordinate benefits enrollments, changes, and eligibility tracking

• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS

• Support adherence to federal and state employment regulations
