Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Experience Requirements:
3–6+ years of HR experience
Demonstrated experience supporting payroll data preparation and benefits administration
Experience maintaining HRIS data accuracy
Other Requirements:
SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred
Working knowledge of employment law fundamentals
Responsibilities:
Coordinate onboarding, background checks, and I-9 verification
Prepare and validate payroll data within the HRIS
Coordinate benefits enrollments, changes, and eligibility tracking
Maintain data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS
