Experience Requirements:
2+ years experience as a Backend Engineer (Python, Django)
Experience in architecting scalable, high-performance systems
Knowledge in adopting cloud technologies (Azure or AWS) & microservices
Experience in managing and debugging systems in a production environment
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with AI agentic frameworks and orchestration such as OpenAI, Claude, or LangChain
