Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA/MBA a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 3 years + of progressive financial planning and analysis/corporate finance management experience

• Strong working knowledge of accounting, controlling and finance operations

• Experience with performance management, scorecards, and dashboarding

• Understanding of additional programming environments (SQL, Power Query/R, PowerBI/DAX)

• Experience with NetSuite a plus

Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, analyze financial data, and suggest improvements to processes

• Manage data consolidation throughout budget, planning, and forecasting process

• Utilize both ERP and FP&A software platforms to streamline reporting capabilities

• Monitor daily cash positions, manage cash flow, and maintain cash forecasts

• Maintain treasury management systems and ensure compliance with regulations

Education Requirements:

• Completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• CPA strongly preferred

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an accounting position

• Minimum of 2 years of managing a team

• Experience with ERP systems, NetSuite, and system implementations a plus

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

• Support the month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes

• Bring internal control and a process improvement mindset
