Education Requirements:

• BSc in a relevant technical or scientific field

• advanced degree is a plus

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of consultative, quota-based medical selling experience in medical devices or healthcare software

• Proven track record of success selling across multiple customer stakeholders

• Experience in developing and expanding a market, strategy development, campaigns, key tactics, execution and performance metrics

• Experience in healthcare system contracting and negotiations

• Experience in pathology lab sales and digital pathology preferred

Responsibilities:

• Execute on sales strategy to advance the US of Ibex’s AI platform in hospital systems and laboratories

• Achieve or exceed sales quotas as defined by management

• Identify, articulate and demonstrate the value proposition to key clinicians, hospital administrators, IT, and C-Suite

• Serve as the voice of the customer: provide input to product teams, leadership, and marketing

• Develop, execute and track a SaaS sales cycle from lead to close
