Experience Requirements:

• 6+ years project managing ERP implementations (Medium/Large Enterprise)

• 6+ years implementing Workday, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or SAP

• Solid grasp of Financials, HCM, or Payroll business areas

Other Requirements:

• Experience within the Public Sector

• Ability to travel 50% or more of the time

• Strong conflict management and influencing skills

• Prior consulting experience

Responsibilities:

• Project manage one or more implementations concurrently

• Manage project budget and deliver profitably

• Work with client project manager to identify/resolve issues

• Present at Executive Steering Committee meetings

• Guide and mentor Professional Services resources
