Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of retail or hobby store management experience

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all daily store operations, sales, and merchandising

• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing retail team

• Drive sales performance through engagement and community events

• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships

• Negotiate and assess cards and collections for purchase
