Pro is self-serve; Team plans are for full/partial team deployments with admin controls, more support, and customer success.
Can I cancel or change pricing plans?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Access to paid features continues until the end of your billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers for enterprise accounts meeting minimum thresholds.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with full refunds within 30 days.
What happens if my payment fails?
Your email is notified of failed payments, which are retried up to 8 times. After that, your workspace may be restricted or downgraded.
