What is a credit?
Whilst you get access to view unlimited lead profiles even on the Free tier, you will need credits in order to find emails or phone numbers. 1 verified email = 1 credit (unverified emails are free) 1 phone number = 5 credits
How many credits do I get for free?
You can use Telescope for free - on the Free tier you get 25 credits a month. So that's 25 emails or 5 phone numbers completely free of charge, every month!
Do my credits reset?
Yes, all of our plans reset on a monthly basis. For our paid tiers, you also have the option to opt for an annual plan which resets yearly. With an annual plan not only will you get a discount, you will also receive year's credits upfront in one go.
Do my credits rollover?
Yes, in any of our paid plan tiers you can rollover any unused credits up to 2x your normal monthly amount. For example, if you are on the 1000 credit tier, your unused credits will accumulate up to 2000 credits.
What exactly is Smart Criteria?
Imagine being able to filter by anything you want - that's exactly what Smart Criteria are. Companies should have a presence in the US but offices in London and Tokyo? Leads should be an Engineering manager but have a finance degree? Company should be a SaaS business with at least 2 Product Managers on the team and a usage-based pricing model? Think of Smart Criteria as your very own research agent who will help you find those perfect leads.
How do you charge for Smart Criteria?
You can apply multiple Smart Criteria to your leads and companies. Each one will cost 1 credit. However if you don't go on to add the lead/company to your campaign then you will not be charged. Equally if we fail to find enough information about the lead/company to evaluate your criterion then, again, you will not be charged!
Is Telescope GDPR compliant?
Yes, we are 100% GDPR compliant.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Will my plan renew automatically?
Yes, your subscription will renew automatically every month (or year if you opt to go for an annual subscription) without you needing to do anything.
What exactly is the unlimited plan?
The unlimited plan is exactly that - you get unlimited credits! The unlimited plan is also great if you wanted more bespoke setups like: multiple licences for your organisation, custom data points for particular niches or even API access. These are just some examples, we work with teams of different shapes and sizes so whatever needs you have, we can help - just get in touch!
How does the 30 day guarantee work?
We hope you never have to worry about this! But if you're not happy with your experience, simply drop an email to contact@gotelescope.ai and we'd be happy to give you a refund - no questions asked.
Does Telescope integrate with my current prospecting workflow?
Yes, we integrate with all major CRMs including (but not limited to) Hubspot, Pipedrive and Salesforce - have a specific tool in mind, let us know! Chances are we already integrate with it - and if we don't then we're always on the lookout to add more!
Do I have to connect my email or CRM to use Telescope?
No, you can use Telescope without connecting anything! Of course the AI will perform better if you connect your Email/CRM (and you get added functionality of messaging and exporting leads) but it is up to you whether you want to make use of those benefits.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes you can switch between plans at any time. If you upgrade you simply pay the difference and get immediate access to the enhanced features and credits. If you downgrade (although we hope you'll love it anyway and never have to do this!) you will still have access to the premium features until your next billing cycle.
Am I a large enough business to make use of Telescope?
We've tried to make Telescope fit for all manner of teams: whether it's a one-person shop or a global team of hundreds. No team is too small (or too big) for Telescope!
