Which plan is right for me?
You should choose your plan based on the number of vets in your clinic. Ex) If you have 3 vets and 3 additional staff members, you should choose the 3 user plan. The more users you add to your plan, the per user cost goes down.
How much does it cost to add an additional user?
Our plans can be adjusted to fit all clinic sizes, and the additional user cost goes down each member you add to your plan. Use the slider above to see your new price, and add a new user in the admin portal.
Do I need an external microphone?
An external microphone is not required. However, for improved dictation quality, especially in noisy workplaces, we recommend a good-quality unidirectional microphone. The Talkatoo MobileMic is included in your plan, and can be easily paired with any computer for high-quality dictation results. If a hardwired microphone is preferred, our recommended microphone for top quality dictation is the Olympus Noise Cancelling Microphone.
What is your refund policy?
Talkatoo operates on a subscription-based billing model and can be purchased on a monthly or annual plan. Our annual plans are backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can try Talkatoo risk-free for 30 days. For monthly plans, there is no commitment and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you will not be billed any longer. The 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to monthly plans. For annual plans, if you cancel after the 30-day money-back guarantee period, there are no refunds.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We do not charge setup or installation fees.
