What is an AI request?
AI requests include AI chat messages, smart search queries, similar search queries, image description generation, AI tag generation, and other AI-generated requests.
What are personal AI and External AIs?
Personal AIs are customized AI models by Saner.AI for users, such as Skai and Online Search. External AIs are AI models created by other companies or organizations, such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini. Access to 'External AIs' refers to the availability of the models. To use them, users need to pay or use their API keys separately.
Is a message to External AI included in the package?
No, messages to External AIs are not included in the message limit of each package. For instance, if you purchase the Standard package with 100 chat messages and only chat with External AI models, your message balance will remain at 100.
Is the price of External AI included in the package price?
No, it doesn't.
What is the pricing for External AI?
External AI pricing is calculated on a per-token basis. This pricing structure is separate from the cost of each package and should be considered an additional service. For details regarding token pricing, please refer to the 'External AIs' section within your account settings in the Saner.ai app
What should I know about the unlimited usage?
The Standard plan offers unlimited AI Chat & Notes. However, usage must adhere to our Terms of Service, which prohibits, among other things: Abusive usage, such as automatically or programmatically extracting data. Sharing your account credentials or making your account available to anyone else. Reselling access or using Saner.AI to power third-party services. We have guardrails in place to help prevent misuse and are continually working to improve our systems. If these guardrails are violated, it may sometimes result in a temporary restriction on your usage. If you think this might be a mistake, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at contact@saner.ai. If policy-violating behavior is not found, your access will be restored.
What are your accepted payment methods?
We currently accept all major credit and debit card brands.
What happens when I change plans?
Upgrading your plan: Your account will be upgraded and charged immediately. The amount due will be reduced based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed. Downgrading your plan: Your account will be downgraded at the end of your billing cycle.

You can cancel your plan by go to Saner.ai app -> Settings -> Subscription plan -> Manage subscription
