How do Saga's plans work?
The free Saga plan is available for teams of up to 3 people. The Saga Standard plan costs $6 per workspace member per month when billed annually, and $8 per member per month when billed monthly. The price of the Saga Business plan is $12 per member per month when billed annually, and $15 when billed monthly.
What is the difference between the Free and Standard plans?

Can I use Saga for free with my team?
Yes, you can use the Free plan with up to 3 workspace members.
What is a workspace?
A workspace is a hub for organizing and connecting your knowledge, notes, documents, tasks, and more. It provides easier navigation, linking, and referencing between pages and tasks. Use workspaces to manage content related to specific topics or projects. For example you can use a workspace for your private notes and another one for collaborating with your team.
Can I share a workspace publicly?
Yes! Click on the Share button in the top right corner of the app and then publish your workspace. Anyone with the link to the workspace can access it without being logged in. You can also publish a single page if you like.
Who can I share a workspace with?
You can invite workspace members as well as guests to your workspaces. Members have full access to all pages in the workspace (apart from private pages and others not shared with them). Guests have access to only the pages that you share them with. Invite workspace members for close collaborators and guests for external collaborators.
Does Saga offer a discount for nonprofits?
Yes, we appreciate your impact and offer a 50% discount to nonprofit and charitable organizations. To receive the discount, sign up for our free plan and contact us at billing@saga.so by sending the email address used for sign-up, along with a link to your website or social media, with information.
Will I be charged VAT/GST?
VAT and other taxes may be applied to your subscription in accordance with local laws. If your jurisdiction does not require VAT/GST for purchasers registered for VAT/GST, and you are registered for VAT or GST purposes, please provide your VAT/GST number during checkout to process any exemption.
What are the AI models that Saga AI uses?
Saga AI's free and standard plans, starting at $6/month, provides access to OpenAI's GPT-4o, which is the leading model in terms of reasoning capabilities on the market. Saga AI's free plan offers users up to 5,000 words per month. You can upgrade to the Standard plan for full features and higher AI usage.
Do you have a desktop app?
Yes, you can download the Saga desktop app [here](/desktop) for macOS and Windows.
Do you have a mobile app?
Saga works currently on desktop browsers, mobile browser, and on desktop. We plan to launch a mobile app soon.
How do you protect my data?
To keep your data safe, your workspace data is encrypted and securely stored. You can also export pages as JSON and Markdown, so that you can store them how and where you want.
