Education Requirements:

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend development with a focus on Javascript and an understanding of Python.

• Strong knowledge of containers and container orchestration.

• Extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure.

• Experience with infrastructure as code.

• Proficiency in CI/CD methodologies and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Javascript, Python, and other languages.

• Utilize containers and container orchestration to deploy and manage services.

• Architect, deploy, and maintain AWS-based infrastructure, typically using AWS Copilot or tools like Terraform/OpenTofu and Terragrunt.

• Build the backend services needed to run our SaaS solution.

Experience Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, or Consulting.

• A proven ability to interact with customers including exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and practices.

• A general understanding of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing their needs and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Successfully onboard new customers to the Luminos.AI platform.

• Collaborate with customers to determine their use cases, build a strategy for each to accomplish their goals, and guide the customer on the execution of that strategy.

• Assist customers with problems they may encounter using our software and guide them towards workarounds as appropriate.
