Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a SaaS company.

• 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, digital communications, or content strategy

• Demonstrated success in improving email and SMS campaign performance metrics

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and customer success, to define product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business objectives.

• Define and document product requirements, user stories, and use cases that articulate the product vision and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Use Jira to manage and track product development, including feature development, bug tracking, and release management.

• Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions to prioritize product development and ensure delivery of high-quality features on time and within budget.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market analysis to inform product decisions and ensure that the product remains competitive and meets the needs of our customers.

• Analyze performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• A/B test various elements of communications (subject lines, content, send times, etc.) to determine optimal approaches

• Craft compelling, personalized content for email and SMS campaigns that resonates with target audiences
