FAQs
What is a Habit and how do I get them?
A Habit is something you do consistently without (extra) effort, because it is part of your routine. In Healthzilla, we read Habits from your wearables data automatically. We only count the last 21 days though.
How do I add my wearable device?
All you need to do is accept Healthzilla's request to access Healthkit, and all the Apple Watch data will show up. If unsure, you can go to Apple's Health app under the Sources tab.
My dashboard is empty and it says I’m missing data?!?
If you don't currently have a wearable device, then the best way to unlock daily recommendations is to run the 1-minute fingertip Stress Scan. If you have no data, you should always see the button on your dashboard.
Is there an Android version?
There is a mini-app beta version, that currently just includes the fingertip Stress Scan. Keep posted by subscribing to our newsletter from the footer.
Why should I allow Zilla to send me notifications?
Zilla currently sends you two types of Notifications. The first is any updates on New Habits you add, or if your Level increases for existing Habits.
What does the dashboard tell me?
The default Today Tab gives you a quick overview of your day, stress status and the recommended Habits for the day.
