DELTA Computer Products GmbH is a system house based in Reinbek near Hamburg that has been marketing high-performance servers, cluster systems and storage solutions for 40 years. Highly scalable cluster solutions for applications in the areas of High Performance Computing (HPC/GPGPU), Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are marketed by DELTA throughout Europe. Based on high-performance processors from Intel and AMD as well as interconnect technologies from NVIDIA, the Linux and Windows clusters from DELTA are used by many universities, research institutions and industrial companies in the fields of numerical simulation, flow research and machine learning / deep learning / AI training and inferencing.

1. Wie erhalte ich ein persönliches Angebot?

Im Shop werden immer aktuelle Tagespreise angezeigt. Bei fast allen Komponenten sind Rabatte möglich. Neben grundsätzlichen Rabatte, wie z.B. für Kunden aus dem Bereich der Forschung & Lehre, erhalten Sie auch immer einen persönlichen Rabatt.
3. Welche Optionen sind bzgl. der Garantie möglich?
Standardmäßig erhalten Sie auf alle Produkte 2 Jahre Garantie. Kunden aus dem Bereich der Forschung & Lehre erhalten kostenlos 3 Jahre.
1. Wie lange sind die Lieferzeiten?
Für einzelnen Komponenten beträgt die Lieferzeit i.d.R. ca. 2 Tage, sofern wir die Ware am Lager haben. Für individuell konfigurierte Server/Workstation benötigen wir ca. 10 Tage inkl. Stresstest und Lieferung.
2. Mit welcher Spedition oder Firma wird versendet?
Einzelne Pakete werden in der Regel mit UPS versendet.
3. Wird die Ware auch in das Ausland versendet?
Wir können weltweit versenden. Je nach Entfernung und Aufwand (Wasser oder Luftfracht) kann der Preis varrieren.
4. Wie wird der Preis der Lieferung berechnet?
Der Preis ergibt sich aus der Entfernung + Maße + Gewicht der Sendung.
5. Kann ich meine Sendung mit Hilfe eines Tracking verfolgen?
Für den Paketversand (UPS) sowie für den Speditionsversand erhalten Sie eine Email mit allen Tracking-Informationen. Sie haben somit immer einen Überblick, wann Ihre Ware eintrifft.
1. Wie melde ich am schnellsten einen Austausch an?
Am schnellsten geht es, wenn Sie dazu unser bereitgestelltes RMA-Formular nutzen.
2. Ich kann das Problem nicht eindeutig identifizieren. Was kann ich tun?
Kein Bild, kein Ton? Das System piept?
3. Ich habe meine Austauschkomponente erhalten. Was jetzt?
Achten Sie beim Tausch immer auf eine sachgemäße Behandlung (ESD) der elektronischen Bauteile. Trennen Sie das System immer vorher vom Stromnetz.
4. Wie und wohin sollen die defekten Komponenten geschickt werden?
Bitte verwenden Sie immer das von uns gelieferte Verpackungsmaterial. Falls dies nicht möglich ist, schicken wir Ihnen gerne weiteres Material.
