How do I setup Lucy?
All you need is your business phone number and email to get started. Once you've signed up, you'll need to set up conditional call forwarding on your phone, with the Lucy AI phone number you receive during sign up. What do I get in the Lucy Free Plan?
The Lucy free plan offers a robust AI phone answering assistant that handles your missed calls, and shares information with callers. Answers all your missed calls: Available 24/7, Lucy answers all your missed calls and takes messages around the clock Sends you a call summary: Straight to your phone via text and/or email. With the free plan you get 20 call summaries per calendar month (you can still read transcripts after that.) Shares links to your callers: Easily share important links with your callers via text, such as your appointment booking page, pricing details, website or email address. Answer FAQs: Have Lucy answer up to 3 Frequently Asked Questions such as opening hours, business location and product offering. Bilingual capabilities: Lucy can speak multiple languages and can now dynamically switch between English and the second language of your choice. Choose from Spanish, French, Chinese Portuguese or Korean.
What additional features do I get in the Lucy Professional Plan?
The Professional Plan offers everything in the Free plan plus: 1. Unlimited call summaries: Lucy will summarize an unlimited number of calls and send the summaries to your via text and/or email. 2. Remove Curious Thing branding: All Curious Thing branding is removed, and no confirmation texts containing the Curious Thing brand will be sent to your callers. 3. Custom message taking: Customize the questions Lucy asks your callers to gather the specific business information you need. This is also great for capturing lead details for new business.
What additional features do I get with the Lucy Business Plan?
The Lucy Business Plan offers everything in Lucy Professional plus: Multiple skills: You have the option to select multiple skills for Lucy to take on the phone Answer 10 FAQs: Have Lucy answer up to 10 FAQ's such as opening hours, business location and product offerings. Call transferring: Route calls up to 3 numbers based on your business needs Advanced message taking: You can program Lucy to ask up to 5 specific questions to your callers, ensuring the right information is collected from every inquiry.
How does Lucy Bilingual AI phone answering work?
You can choose your second language in the Language and Voice settings from your Lucy portal. Lucy's first language will always be English. Currently the 5 available second languages are: Spanish, French, Chinese Mandarin, Korean and Portuguese. If you have a default greeting set up, Lucy will let your callers know that she can switch to your second langauge if they prefer. If you have a custom greeting, you can write it in English + your second language. Lucy will detect which language your callers are speaking, and will be able to switch between the two languages based on the conversation. Lucy will also provide call summaries in both English and the selected 2nd language via text and emails.

Can I personalise Lucy?
Yes, there's plenty of options to personalise your Lucy. You can choose from a range of voices, accents and languages, customise your greeting message and choose the best call to action suited to your business. You can modify these at any time from your Lucy settings. We recommend keeping these up to date so they’re always relevant for your business.
Does Lucy work on mobile or landline?
Yes Lucy works on both mobile numbers, and landlines. It takes a few simple steps to get set up. You'll need to set up conditional call forwarding that allows Lucy to answer your missed calls. How do I cancel my Lucy subscription?
You are able to cancel Lucy subscription at any time by logging in to your account's dashboard from a web browser. If you have previously paid for Lucy and cancel, there will be no further charges and your Lucy service will remain active until the end of the billing period you have paid for.
