Who owns the generated content?
Content generated on Tinkerer plan is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License. Content generated on Maker and Creative Pro plan is private and customer-owned.
How do I improve the quality of my Image to 3D generations?
Upload high-resolution images where the object is clearly displayed. When uploading an image with multiple objects or thin structures, use our Manual Segmentation tool. Adjust the creativity slider for desired deviation.
How do I get a refund?
We don’t offer refunds but you can cancel your subscription (via Profile > Plan & Billing > Your Plan > Cancel Plan button). You can still access it until the renewal date, after which you will be reverted back to the Tinkerer plan.
How do credits work?
Credits are the unit of currency for generations on Cube: * 1 credit for sculpted mesh * 1 credit for sculpted mesh with baked textures * 3 credits for sculpted mesh with PBR textures * 0.5 credits for generating the entire animation library per asset * 0.25 credits for high-resolution text-to-image generation
Can I get free credits?
Absolutely! You can share your exceptional work made using Cube or participate in competitions on Discord to win free credits.
Do credits have an expiration date?
No, credits don't have an expiry date. Once added in your account, it stays forever.
How can I cancel my subscription plan?
To cancel your subscription: After logging in, go to Profile > Plan & Billing > Your Plan > Click on Cancel Plan button.
How can I upgrade my subscription?
To upgrade your subscription: After logging in, go to Profile > Plan & Billing > Your Plan > Click on Change Plan button > Subscribe to the next tier.
Can I get a refund?
We generally don't offer refunds. If you believe your case warrants one, email support@csm.ai with: * Your account email * Detailed reason for refund * Invoice number from payment email We will review and try to respond within 3 business days.
What payment methods do you offer?
We accept all major credit cards and also offer a range of popular payment options, including PayPal.
How do we ensure the security of your payment information?
We process payments through Stripe and Paddle, which securely handle your card information without sharing it with Cube.
How can I get receipts?
After your subscription is successful, an invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address. Alternatively, you can also download the receipts by going to Profile > Plan & Billing > Billing History > Click on Download button.
