How long does it take to get up and running?

If it’s an existing integration like Hubspot, Salesforce, Shopify or Google, implementation is pretty quick. It can be anywhere from a few minutes to just under an hour before you’ve got real-time data to look at.

How is this different from other Multi-Touch Attribution platforms?

The Click360 platform is a lot more than just multi-touch attribution (i.e. it’s also doing behavioral segmentation, predictive analytics, etc) – but at the very core, the Click360 platform is able to capture touches first-party across all platforms, channels devices and time so you never lose attribution on which channels are driving revenue.

Is this platform for B2B or B2C marketers?

Both actually. No matter how short or long the customer journey, it’s typically complex and involves either multiple decision makers in a B2B setting, or a multitude of paid, social and organic touchpoints in a B2C setting.

How do I get started?

Getting started is pretty quick and easy. First, pop a line of JavaScript on the website, and then we’ll connect your revenue systems (think like CRM or eCommerce platforms) via an API integration and that’s really all there is to it!

Is this GDPR & CCPA compliant?

Yes, absolutely. Those conversations typically have more to do with selling your data to other third parties, which we have no interest in doing. The data is yours and yours alone. As long as you have your cookie and privacy notices on your website, you’re good to go.

Most of our purchases are made offline, will this still work?

Absolutely. The platform was actually designed with the offline sale in mind where you have an online customer journey and an offline revenue generation event. If there is NO online behavior or minimal online behavior, however, it’s likely not going to be valuable to you.

How much traffic do you need to get the information needed to generate insights?

It really depends. If you have a shorter sales cycle, it won’t be long before we’ve got good information as to what’s generating revenue. If you have a longer sales cycle, we’re doing to start seeing what’s creating micro-conversions (i.e. what’s moving folks from one stage of the sales funnel to the next) pretty quickly as well. A good rule of thumb is that if you’re generating enough activity that it’s hard to keep track of, Click360 can likely benefit you or your marketing team.

How is this different from Lead Scoring or website tracking in my CRM?

There are a LOT of platforms out there that can track what’s happening on a website (typically what’s called [transactional information](https://360v2.wpcomstaging.com/2020/05/03/transactional-vs-analytical-data/) vs. analytical data), they just tend to be limited in their ability to either see beyond the website, or across the multiple platforms, channels, devices and across timelines well enough to capture the full customer journey. Lead Scoring is also typically a rules-based-system vs. a [learning system](https://360v2.wpcomstaging.com/2019/10/01/whats-the-difference-between-a-rules-based-system-and-a-learning-system/) like Click360 which will continue to learn which behaviors are most valuable to revenue generation without being restricted by rules which are static.
