How does the credit system work?
Each time you generate a subtitle or a translation, the duration of the video is deducted from your subscription credits.
Can I stop my subscription whenever I want?
You can stop your subscription at any time from your dashboard (my.checksub.com/subscriptions).
Can I get just the .SRT file?
You can download the subtitle file (SRT, VTT, TXT,...) of your project with all paid plans.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
My video volume is different from month to month, what should I do?
In this case we recommend that you take an annual plan. This will allow you to have annual quotas that are more adapted to a variation of volume.
Where to find my invoice?
