How does Arini's implementation process work?
We meet with your IT to integrate to your practice management software, which allows us to manage your schedule. An Arini implementation Engineer onboards your practice by customizing your scheduling rules, verbiage, call flow, and more. You test your custom instance and make edits as you wish. We start taking real patients calls, monitor your calls, and make sure you have a smooth transition!
Is Arini compatible with my practice management software and phone system?
Yes, Arini seamlessly integrates with the vast majority of dental practice management software and phone providers. Our practices use OpenDental, EagleSoft, Denticon, and many more. In terms of phone providers, we have practices using Weave, Mango, GoTo, Jive, RevenueWealth PBX, Telco and more.
