Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ Years of Experience

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or a similar role

Other Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Figma, and Canva

• Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile application design principles

• Willing to work on a commission basis, with limited salary

• Experience with user research methods and usability testing

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders to understand user requirements and convert them into intuitive user interfaces.

• Design and develop responsive user interfaces and interaction flows that align with inBuild’s product vision and brand identity.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform user testing to identify pain points and improve the user experience.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder alignment effectively.

• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable CSS code to implement designs and ensure consistent user experiences.
