Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience Requirements:
3+ Years of Experience
Proven experience as a UX/UI Developer or a similar role
Other Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Figma, and Canva
Knowledge of responsive web design and mobile application design principles
Willing to work on a commission basis, with limited salary
Experience with user research methods and usability testing
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and founders to understand user requirements and convert them into intuitive user interfaces.
Design and develop responsive user interfaces and interaction flows that align with inBuild’s product vision and brand identity.
Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform user testing to identify pain points and improve the user experience.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups in Figma to communicate design concepts and facilitate stakeholder alignment effectively.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable CSS code to implement designs and ensure consistent user experiences.
