Experience Requirements:

  • 1 -2 years of experience selling SaaS software (preferably to HR Leaders)

  • OR 2+ years of experience in active prospecting (targeting HR leaders) as a Business Development Representative (BDR), with a strong desire to grow into a Junior Account Executive role

Other Requirements:

  • Coachability, curiosity, and autonomy

  • A drive to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment

  • Energetic, optimistic, and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal/written/visual)

  • Process-driven and self-motivated

Responsibilities:

  • Build a strong pipeline and maintain client relationships

  • Engage enterprise accounts via phone, email, social selling, and other outreach methods

  • Leverage research and data for relevant prospect engagement

  • Deliver tailored product demos

  • Collaborate with VP of Sales to close deals
